1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Strativio Online ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide a Premium AI Video Editing & Ads Creation Service (1-Year Retainer). Upon successful payment, clients are provided access to a dedicated workspace or integration into an existing workspace to utilize AI generation models.

3. Payment and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding your order.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the provided services and AI workspaces to generate illegal, harmful, or policy-violating content. We reserve the right to terminate your access without refund if you violate these usage rules.
